Incline Auger alert

An Incline Auger ran too long alert, as the name suggests, is triggered when the incline motor has run non-stop for an extended amount time without filling the hopper.

This is likely to occur when the incline auger is unable to move ice from the transfer box to the hopper.

This can be reset remotely but if the problem recurs it is recommended that you visit the machine and determine the cause of the problem.

Common causes are:

Faulty transfer box sensor

Bridging of ice in the transfer box or over the horizontal auger preventing any ice from moving.

Powder ice in the transfer box.

Failed hopper sensor.
