Find bin-full events in Machine Logs

MyVends records reported bin-full events in Machine Logs so you can review when the machine’s bin-full condition was triggered.

Find a recorded event

  1. Open Machine Logs.
  2. Select the machine and a period covering the activity you want to review.
  3. Search for bin full, or review the entries in that period.
  4. Check the timestamp and the ice-maker identifier shown in the event.

A recorded event may identify IM1 or IM2. Use that identifier when reviewing activity for machines with more than one ice maker.

What does a bin-full event tell me?

The entry records that the bin-full condition was reported at that time. It can help explain a pause in ice production when reviewed alongside harvest activity and other machine events.

A bin-full event does not measure the weight of ice in the bin. A single entry also does not establish how long the condition lasted.

Why can’t I find an event?

Check the selected machine, date range, and search text. Logging depends on the machine reporting the condition; do not assume historical entries were added for activity before this logging capability was available.

If the machine reported a bin-full condition but no corresponding entry appears, contact support with the machine name and the approximate time.
