Shock Sensor

If your machine has a shock sensor i.e. a sensor that is triggered when someone hits or beats on the vend panel excessively you will receive an alert notifying you of a Shock Alarm.

As this could be a nuisance during the day with overly aggressive customers there are settings that allow you to fine tune when a shock alarm could be concerning.

Under your machine settings you have 2 options for the Shock Alarm

The first is the setting for shock alarm triggered outside Business Hours which are also settable in the machine profile. This set to zero by default to trigger and alert if the shock alarm is triggered even once.

The second setting allows you to choose how many times the alarm is triggered before you receive an alert. In this example if the alarm would have to be triggered 6 times in one hour.
