No Ice Alert
The PLC can report a No Ice fault based on the amount of time the transfer box sensor has been calling for ice with the rake running, typically in 8 minutes.
If during that time the transfer box sensor (X6) turns off, indicating that the transfer box is full the timer will reset until this occurs again.
The Transfer Box sensor is connected to input X6 on your PLC while the Rake output is Y3, they both have to remain ON together for up to 8 minutes to trigger this fault code.
Check that your transfer box sensor is detecting ice correctly, it should turn OFF when there is ice against the face and turn ON when there isn't anything against it.
Check that the Rake and Horizontal Auger are working correctly, loose chains and worn sprockets can cause such issues.
