Customize dashboard layout
Save a different Dashboard column layout for Today, Ice, and Water. Each view remembers its own column visibility and order.
Choose and arrange columns
- Open the Dashboard and select Today, Ice, or Water.
- Open Table Settings using the settings button for the machine table.
- Select the columns you want to show.
- Drag columns, or use the reorder arrows, to change their order where available.
- Select Apply.
- Switch to another view and repeat to customize that view independently.
Understand column categories
Columns are tagged Ice, Water, or General. These tags help identify the information; they do not prevent you from mixing categories in a view.
Available columns include separate Ice and Water free-vend counts, yesterday’s Ice and Water vend counts, and Water changer cash value. Financial columns depend on your access permissions and the machine’s available data.
Restore a default layout
Open Table Settings for the view you want to reset, select Reset default, then Apply. Use the information button to compare default profiles.
Existing saved layouts are preserved when defaults change. Resetting a view replaces that view’s custom column choices with its current defaults.
Why is a column missing?
Check the active view and its selected columns first. Then check whether the machine provides that information and whether your account can access it.
