Give team members access without sharing financial information
Use the Restricted user machine role when a team member needs to review machine activity without seeing financial information. The role applies separately to each machine.
Assign the role
- Open the machine’s settings and find Allowed Users.
- Find the team member. If they are not listed, enter their email address and select Add User.
- In the Machine role list, choose Restricted user.
- Repeat for each machine that should have restricted access.
The machine owner’s role cannot be changed in this list. You must have permission to manage the machine’s users.
What the team member can see
Restricted users can review available operational information and the Hourly Report. Revenue and cash information are hidden on the Dashboard, machine details, and Hourly Report. Monetary values are removed from machine logs, and financial reports and cashout actions are unavailable for restricted machines.
Different access for different machines
A person can have restricted access to one machine and ordinary access to another. Financial information remains available for machines where their role permits it. If all assigned machines are restricted, financial report navigation is hidden.
This role is intended for team members using standard user accounts. It does not remove administrator access.
If financial information is still visible
Check the role for the specific machine and confirm that the person is using the intended account. Contact support if the displayed access does not match the assigned role.
If the person has not signed up yet
You can assign their email address before they register. Ask them to sign up using that same email address. After adding them, choose Restricted user and verify the role for every assigned machine. See the general machine-access guide for the assignment steps.
