Can I create User ID's to access the site

As the owner of the machines you have administrative rights on the website and can create additional user ID's and assign different rights to them.

Click on the Settings icon and select the Machines tab.

Under the Settings - Machines page there is a section which allows you to create a user or edit the rights of existing users. 

If a User has already signed up they will automatically see the newly assigned machine on their Dashboard within a few seconds.

If the User does not have a login on MyVends ask them to sign up using the same email address you assigned to the machine.

It is better to create unique user ID's for each user rather than sharing a common password among multiple users.

If you have many machines and need to assign them to this new User you would have to add them to each machine individually OR you can email the machine names and the user email that you would like the machines assigned to and we will take care of the rest.

If you do not see the options to add, edit or delete users then you may not have the appropriate rights. Please contact your manager or send us a note.
