User Notifications

You can customize the notifications you receive , when you receive them and and even the importance of certain notifications.

Under Settings - My Profile the User Notifications allows you to set your preferred Quiet Hours.

If you do set these times Alerts and Notifications will not be sent to your devices. They will continue to be recorded in the Logs and you will see the Status of the machines on the Dashboard.

Also, you have the option to override the Quiet Hours for certain notifications, e.g. Door Open.

NOTE: Overriding the Quiet hours for a notification will force the Alert to sound on your device, bypassing the mute button and any other device settings which are expected to silence the notifications. The alert sound is VERY LOUD and intended to attract attention.
