DAY & DOW in Reports

While viewing reports you may see columns with DOW and DAY.

These columns display data from the same period from the previous year for same Days of  the Week and Day of Year. e.g. the 4th of July always falls on the same day every year but Memorial Day or Labor Day are not date specific.

Comparisons by Day of Week are also more useful when you are comparing a particular weekend which by date may fall on different days of the week.
