Monitoring Bag Count
MyVends estimates bag inventory from the quantities you enter and the bag consumption configured for each product. It is not a physical count from an inventory sensor.
Enable bag monitoring
Open Settings > Machines, edit the machine, and check its bag-count setting. Save any changes. Low Bags thresholds are also configured for each machine; enable the corresponding notification in your profile if you want alerts.
Add or subtract bags
- Open the machine's details and select the available Load Bags control.
- Enter the quantity added. The quick-add buttons increase the entered quantity; check the total before confirming.
- To remove bags from the recorded inventory, enter a negative quantity.
- Select Add Bags and verify the resulting count.
How vends change the count
Inventory decreases by the product's configured Bags Vended amount. For example, a three-bag selection can subtract three bags. A bulk product can use zero bags. Incorrect product settings or missed loading entries can make the estimate differ from the bags physically present.
