Icemaker Scheduler

With the appropriate hardware and wiring installed on your machine you have the ability to create schedules that can be associated with icemaker on machines that you wish to to turn on and off on schedule.

For installation options see https://bit.ly/IMScheduler

To create a schedule click on the Scheduler option in the menu.

For scheduler creation video tutorial see Scheduler Tutorial on YouTube

On the Scheduler page you will see schedules you have created listed and an Add button to create new schedules.

Clicking the Add button will open a new schedule edit window, here you can create a schedule template:

  • Give your schedule a descriptive name
  • Choose a Start and End Date during which this schedule will function. These will recur every year.
  • Choose a time that you would like the ice machine to be Stopped and Started. This defines a time window when you would like the ice machine to be turned OFF. Choosing a start time beyond midnight will cause the machine to Restart the next day unless the schedule End Date has been reached.
  • Click on Add Schedule if you would like to enter additional time windows to execute in this schedule. e.g. the first could be 6am to 12pm and the subsequent window could be 4pm to 8pm
  • Select the Icemakers which you would like this schedule to apply to. Note: You will require the appropriate wiring and hardware for each icemaker.
  • Select the machines you would like to apply this schedule to.
  • Recurrence can also be set here. You can choose between Daily, Weekly and pick the days of the week or Monthly and to choose the days of the month you would like this schedule to run.
  • Click Create to save the schedule and apply it to the machines you selected.
  • Click on the Machines tab to review schedules applied to each machine and set the Override.

  • If Override is enabled for a machine the icemaker will restart once the vend count limit is reached regardless of the scheduled time.

  • Icemaker can be manually turned ON/OFF or Override can be edited from the Scheduler Machines tab or the machine Status Page
