Large Bills Disabled
Large bills are disabled when there isn't enough change, in which case, MyVends will send an alert. This article will explain what the Large Bill Disabled alert means and what the conditions are for the MDBPro to disable larger bills.

Disabled Bills Conditions
To ensure that customers receive the correct change, the MDBPro is programmed to disable the bill validators from accepting larger bills (e.g. $20 bills).
The MDBPro will disable large bill acceptance when the total change in the coin changer falls below the lowest vend price plus the bill denomination.
For example, say the bulk or small bag vend price is set to $2 and the total value of the coin changer available to dispense falls below $22, $20 bill acceptance will be disabled.
Minimum Change Required to Disable Bill Denominations Based on Vend Prices
It is exceptionally crucial to know when all bills will be disabled, as this can help with bill validator troubleshooting.
