Data Usage Reporting

Use Data Usage to review recorded cellular usage for your machines. The report does not change your service agreement or billing terms.

Review usage

  1. Open Reports > Data Usage.
  2. Select the machines and date range you want to review.
  3. Compare Monthly Totals, Monthly by Machine, and Usage by Month. Expand the table for available detail.

Check the selected period and available records before comparing totals. Usage records may arrive after the activity occurred, so an incomplete period should not be treated as a final bill.

Any displayed usage or cost figures must be read with your current service terms. Camera viewing, streaming, and other connected devices can increase cellular usage. Contact support about your allowance, charges, or service limits rather than relying on the original rollout announcement.

Report access depends on the role assigned to you for each machine. See User Types and Access Restrictions if a machine or report is unavailable.
