PLC Disconnected

The modem is online but can no longer see the PLC.

The modem needs to be able to communicate with the PLC to monitor operations and provide you with data.

The connection between the PLC and the modem is via ethernet and comprises of an ethernet cable that runs from the modem to the PLC ethernet module.

When you have a secure connection you will see the LINK, 100 & ACT lights on the ECOM1000 module light up green.

NOTE: If there is a network switch in between, it is best to bypass the network switch and connect the PLC directly to the Teltonika modem. There is only one ethernet port on the PLC but the modem has 3 LAN ports, you can use any one of the 3.

We recommend that the ECOM module be installed in slot 2,3 or 4. Do Not Use Slot 1.
