Understand Ice and Water sales since cashout

MyVends separates Ice and Water sales information so you can review each part of your business and identify the source of a cashout.

Review sales on the Dashboard

Use Table Settings to display the available Ice and Water cash-sales and card-sales columns. These values cover sales since the relevant source’s last cashout; they are different from revenue for a selected report period.

Review a machine’s sales sources

Open the machine details and find Sales since cashout. Review the Ice and Water amounts separately. Where a machine has multiple Water sales sources, review the sources listed beneath Water total to see the main controller and individual Water Vendors.

Use the source details to understand which equipment contributed to the displayed total. If information has not been received from a source, an unavailable amount should not be treated as a confirmed zero.

Read the Cashout Report

Open Reports and choose the Cashout Report. Select the machines and period you want to review. Each cashout is listed separately with its type, source, timestamp, and recorded amounts. Keep the source information with the amounts when reviewing exports or printouts.

Does an online cashout reset every Water Vendor?

No. Online cashout for the main controller applies to that source only. Water Vendors can have separate cashout records. Follow the procedure for the specific equipment rather than assuming one cashout resets every source.

Available information depends on the connected equipment and your financial-access permissions.

For an MDBPro collection, follow The Cash Out Procedure. For website cashout scope, see Cash Out. Use the procedure for the actual equipment and retain its source with your collection notes.
