Issue a Credit and vend a Bag

You have a number of remote commands at your fingertips.

These are available as buttons on the machine status page which is accessible by clicking on the icon in line with the machine name. The icon itself may be a green check mark or any of the other icons which denote the current state of the machine.

Once you are on the status page you may need to scroll down on a smaller screen, such as a mobile, but there will be a series of buttons available to use.

Click on the Credit button to issue a credit, you will see an acknowledgement and success or failure of your request in a small popup window. If the credit succeeds you may now vend a Bag or Bulk by clicking the similarly named button. These may be named Small Bag and Big Bag on dual bag machines.

You cannot vend a Bag without first issuing a credit.

Your customer may press the button on the machine after you issue a credit.
