Hold free

The Hold Free button on the Status page allows you to set the machine to continuous free.

Clicking on this button will prompt you to confirm. 

• It will then continuously set a credit every time a vend finishes. 
• Your customers simply need to press the product button. 
• Cash and credit card acceptance will be disabled.
• The request and requester will be logged in the machine log.

There will be a momentary delay after each vend finishes before a credit gets set.

If it fails to set a credit or an error occurs it will turn off continuous free.

To turn off continuous free remotely click the Hold Free button again.

A credit may remain and can be released by clicking the  Reset Credit button.
