Hold free

The Hold Free button on the Status page allows you to set the machine to continuous free. In a couple of different ways.

Clicking on this button will offer you 4 choices.

1. Turn it ON - which will remain on until you turn it OFF by clicking the Hold Free button - just like the original functionality
2. Allow a number of vends and then automatically turn OFF, user settable count. You want to allow someone to get 20 free vends - set it to 20 and it will turn OFF once 20 vends have occurred.
3. Leave Hold Free ON until a set day and time. You want to allow someone 30 minutes to get as many bags as they can get.
4. Turn OFF Hold Free

It will then continuously set a credit every time a vend finishes. 

• Your customers needs to press the product button. They can choose whichever options your machine offers.
• Cash and credit card acceptance will be disabled.
• The user creating the Hold Free will be logged in the machine log.

NOTE:

There will be a momentary delay after each vend finishes before a credit gets set.

If it fails to set a credit or an error occurs it will turn off continuous free.

To turn off continuous free remotely click the Hold Free button again.

A credit may remain after the last vend and can be released by clicking the  Reset Credit button.
