Hourly Report

The Hourly Report brings together a machine’s recorded sales, water volume, harvests, and events for the period you select.

Choose a machine and period

1. Open Hourly Report.
2. Choose the machine from the machine selector.
3. Select Today, Last 24 hours, or Date range.
4. Check the displayed interval and time zone before comparing results.

Today covers the machine’s local day so far. Last 24 hours covers the rolling 24-hour period. The current hour, and the first hour of a rolling period, may represent only part of an hour.

Read the activity summary

Review revenue where your access permits it, Ice vends, and Water volume where available. Ice and Water product counts include paid and free vends. Water volume is calculated from recorded dispensing sizes and excludes rinse events; it is not a flow-meter reading.

Explore charts and tables

Use the available metric controls to review vends, Water volume, or harvests. The IM1 and IM2 harvest series have different visual styles so you can distinguish them in light and dark modes. The hourly table provides numerical detail.

Recorded harvest counts describe activity. They do not, by themselves, measure ice-maker runtime or pounds of ice produced.

Compare machines

Use the machine comparison selector to add machines you can access, then choose the available Sales or Production view. Check the time-zone guidance: Today compares local hours, while Last 24 hours uses the displayed reference time zone.

Refresh the report

Check the update time and use the refresh button when needed. If a refresh fails, the report may show the last successful update with a message. Use Try again to retry.
