Check maintenance dates, Water vend times, and missing network status

Jump to: Maintenance dates | Water vend times | Missing network status.

Use these checks when a maintenance entry appears under an unexpected date, a Water sale appears at the wrong time, or a network-status label is missing.

Maintenance entries appear under the wrong day

Maintenance-log date grouping has been corrected so entries no longer appear under the previous day because of the reported grouping issue. If a date still looks wrong, compare the entry’s own timestamp with its log heading and confirm the selected machine and period.

Send support the machine name, expected date, displayed date, and a screenshot. Avoid changing the original reading just to compensate for a display discrepancy.

Water vends appear at the wrong time

Water vend timestamps use the machine’s configured time zone. For supported Water Vendors, the controller’s clock must be accurate and its time-zone setting must match the machine’s MyVends setting.

  1. Check the time zone in the machine’s MyVends settings.
  2. Have the Water Vendor’s local clock and time zone checked.
  3. Compare a newly recorded vend with the actual local time.

If the settings agree but new events still show the wrong time, contact support with an example. Do not assume a settings change will rewrite historical timestamps.

A mobile network-status label is missing

MyVends hides unknown or unavailable mobile network-status labels when useful status data has not been received. A missing label alone does not establish that the machine is offline or that connectivity is healthy. Review the machine’s overall status and recent activity for context.
