Maintenance Tracking

The maintenance tracking feature allows you to maintain a record of scheduled and as-required maintenance activities for your machine.

To use this feature start by clicking on the machine name or the icon beside the machine on the MyVends website which takes you to the PLC Status page. Scroll to the bottom of this page and you will find several buttons. Each of these cover the high level maintenance records that you should be recording and clicking them will open a window to enter details.

Routine Visit: This a regular visit to the machine where you may have loaded bags, cashed out or simply cleaned around the machine. Use the Notes to record these activities.

Filter Maintenance: This button offers several checkboxes for typical replacements you will do. You are required to acknowledge that the icemaker and RO have been turned back ON as a final step to Submit the record.

TDS & Salt : If you are measuring TDS levels and need to maintain a record.

Monthly, Quarterly and Other Maintenance: These are maintenance items that should be recorded with details of acitivites.

Once the Submit button is clicked the data is displayed on the machine log which can used to search for keywords like Maintenance to view all the entries or be more specific and search for TDS to see those records.
