Understand the Water Vendor name in MyVends
MyVends uses Water Vendor as a consistent label for water vending equipment shown in the application.
Why has the wording changed?
Some screens previously used a controller manufacturer’s name. The Water Vendor label describes the equipment’s purpose and makes related information easier to recognize across machine details and other screens.
Does the label mean my equipment changed?
No. A wording change does not mean hardware was replaced. Available monitoring information and commands still depend on the installed equipment and its connection to MyVends.
Machines with multiple Water Vendors
Check the individual Water Vendor name when reviewing information or selecting an action. Use source details to distinguish individual vendors from a machine-wide Water total.
If you are unsure which displayed vendor corresponds to the equipment at your location, contact support with the machine name exactly as it appears in MyVends.
