New Features and Enhancements:
Added small bag (SM. BAG) column to the homepage dashboard:
We've added a new column to the homepage dashboard that allows you to track the sales of small bags for double-bagger machines. With this addition, you can easily monitor the number of small bags sold. Additionally, the column visibility dropdown box now includes options to remove the small bag or bulk option from the table, providing flexibility in data presentation.
Recording Product Weight in Machine Settings:
Note: Although the weight is recorded in the coding, this feature is not referenced anywhere... yet. Stay tuned for our next update!
To support precise product weight management, we have introduced the ability to record the weight of both bagged and bulk vends. This feature allows you to edit and manage the weight settings in each machine's settings page, enabling accurate monitoring and control over product weights.
You can learn more about configuring your product weight by clicking here.
Precipitation and High Temperature Added to the Range Report:
We understand the importance of weather conditions when it comes to analyzing a machine's ice sales. To enhance these capabilities, we have introduced two new data sets to the average vends graph in the Range Report: precipitation and high temperature. Along with the ability to compare your machines to the national average, you can see how sales are affected by a machine's local precipitation and peak temperature, further assisting in finding your machines' peak selling conditions.
Harvest Count for Ice Makers 1 & 2 in Hourly Reports:
In the Hourly report section, we have differentiated the harvests between ice makers 1 and 2. This information provides insights into the performance and usage patterns of both your ice makers rather than the cumulative harvest count. By tracking the number of harvests, you can optimize maintenance schedules, identify potential issues, and ensure the optimal efficiency of each ice maker.
If your machine doesn't have harvest recording capabilities, reach out to our support team at support@datawrx.com to help you figure out how to upgrade your machine.
New Alerts
Credit Stuck Alert:
This alert is designed to notify you if a customer leaves the machine with a credit that has not vended, indicated by the Y6 (Blocker) relay being ON, which prevents the machine from accepting any money. This may occasionally occur when customers walk away without pressing a button or if there is a problem with making a selection (a loose wire in the button).
For more information about the credit stuck alert, see our help article.
Air Pressure Sensor Alert:
The Air Pressure Sensor Alert provides you with essential information about the air pressure for the bag and bulk pistons. This alert will be triggered if the air pressure sensor drops below 70 PSI, indicating a loss of pressure which could be caused by a failed compressor or compromised tubing. Detecting this issue promptly is crucial to ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of your ice machine.
Note: To receive the Air Pressure Sensor Alert, additional equipment is required. Contact support@datawrx.com for more information.
We are thrilled to bring these new features and enhancements to MyVends. Each update is aimed at empowering you with greater control, improved data insights, and streamlined operations.
We value your feedback and suggestions. If you have any questions or need assistance with the new features, feel free to give us a call. Your input is instrumental in our ongoing efforts to make MyVends the leading ice house monitoring solution.
