MyVends End Oct 2026 Updates
MyVends Release Update — October 27, 2026
This update summarizes improvements and recently completed work, including refinements to reporting and dashboard features described in the October 11 release. See the linked guides below for current instructions.
- More control over team access. A new Restricted User role lets you give staff access to machine activity while keeping revenue, cash balances, and other financial information hidden. Access can be configured separately for each machine.
- Clearer Ice and Water sales tracking. Separate cash and card sales columns make it easier to review sales since the last cashout. Updated cashout reporting identifies Ice and Water records separately, with clearer amounts and improved mobile viewing.
- More flexible dashboard layouts. Save separate column selections and ordering for Today, Ice, and Water. Column labels distinguish Ice, Water, and general information, with separate free-vend counts and Water changer cash values.
- Easier-to-read Hourly Reports. An updated layout improves desktop and mobile viewing, offers Today and Last 24 Hours options, and makes the two ice makers’ harvest activity easier to distinguish.
- Clearer report comparisons. Range Report averages reflect the selected product filter, and clearer labels distinguish totals across all selected machines from individual machine details.
- Fewer unnecessary alerts. A new schedule option suppresses “ice maker not running” alerts during automatic scheduled shutdowns. The option is off by default and does not apply to manual shutdowns.
- More useful machine logs. Bin-full events are now recorded to help you review ice-maker activity.
- Date and status improvements. Corrected maintenance-log date grouping, improved Water vend timestamps when the machine and Water vendor clocks and time zones agree, and removed confusing network-status labels when no status data is available.
- Simpler terminology. More consistent “Water Vendor” wording makes machine information easier to understand.
